In most cases, our products are made to order by a North West-based company and are therefore not held in stock.
For garments that are printed to order, there is a production lead time of up to 3 days before shipping. Orders from within the UK or overseas Zones 1-3 ship via Royal Mail Tracked. Orders from overseas countries that fall outside of Zones 1-3 ship via standard Royal Mail shipping. (See below for International Shipping Zones)

The Redmen TV is not responsible for any customs duties or fees incurred on international deliveries, nor liable for any lost items while in international transit. At our discretion, we may offer to replace or refund lost items.
The Redmen TV is not responsible, nor liable for any orders that are returned to us by your local postal service, due to being ‘undeliverable’, ‘unclaimed’ or ‘refused’ etc. At our discretion, we may offer to refund such orders, either in part or in full. Alternatively, we may offer to resend the package although this may be subject to the customer paying an additional shipping fee.
If you have still not received your order within 21 days of placing it, please make sure you contact us so we can help you trace it before it is automatically returned to us. Typically, it will be held at your local post office / depot for a limited period, until you arrange collection or re-delivery.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS
All our garments are printed on demand so please take extra care when placing your order, making sure you have chosen the correct item, size and colour. If you are unsure about sizing, please refer to our size guide.
Also make sure you provide the correct contact details (email and / or phone) so that you receive order confirmations and notifications. Furthermore, please provide us with a full and accurate shipping address to avoid risk of goods being lost in transit or returned to us.
It is not possible for us to amend incorrect orders before they ship, due to the high volume of orders we receive on a daily basis. This means the customer is responsible for returning the goods to us if they want a refund or to exchange after delivery (See Terms & Conditions below).
If you realise you have made an incorrect order or you wish to change your mind before items ship, we advise the quickest way to resolve the matter is to place another order for the correct item(s) and then return the unwanted goods when they arrive for a refund. Please follow the instructions below when returning items to us.
To arrange an exchange or return you must contact us by email only - email@example.com - within 7 days of delivery.
In all correspondence, please quote the order reference number from your order confirmation email or SMS so we can quickly locate it on our system.
Please do not use social media channels to contact us with regards to exchanges and returns as you may be divulging private information. Furthermore, it is impossible for us to keep abreast of every message posted across every channel so there is a real chance we could miss it.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
Regrettably, unless we have made an error, we can only offer an exchange or a refund on orders delivered within the UK.
To qualify for an exchange or refund items must be returned to us in a reselling condition (i.e. unwashed, unworn, unaltered, labels intact, etc.).
When requesting an exchange or a refund for an item that you have mistakenly ordered (e.g. clothing is too small, too large, etc) you must return the goods at your own cost. In these instances, we can only refund you for the value of the items and not the original shipping.
Naturally, if we have made a mistake or if a garment is faulty, we will offer to replace items at our own cost or issue a full refund for the item(s) and the shipping, regardless of whether you are in the UK or overseas. All we ask is that you email us with photographic evidence to support your claim. If this is not possible, please email us anyway - firstname.lastname@example.org - and we will advise on procedure.
Items marked as Final Sale do not apply for any exchanges or returns.
Unless agreed otherwise, returns can only be refunded or exchanged if received at the address provided above.
